1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of semi-permanent makeup services offered by Sarah Gwen PMU, located at 19 Green Lane, Sandhurst Berkshire GU47 9AG (hereinafter referred to as "the Artist" or "we"). By booking a service, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Service Description

The Artist provides semi-permanent makeup services as described on the and during the consultation.

5. Client Consent and Medical Considerations

Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the treatment.A patch test may be required to ensure no allergic reactions to the pigments or materials used.

6. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup services.

7. Aftercare

Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided by the Artist to ensure the best results and minimise the risk of complications.

8. Touch - ups

NEW CLIENTS: Touch-Ups are for returning clients ONLY. We do NOT touch up other artists work at “touch up” rates. If your initial service was done by another artist in another location, you will be charged as a new client. Thank you for understanding.

EXISTING CLIENTS: Future Touch-Up’s cannot be booked online, we have to make sure that we are charging the correct touch-up rate based on your last appointment with us. Please call us at 07445 879225 or email us at [email protected] to book your touch-up.

9. Liability

The Artist is not liable for any unforeseen results or complications that may arise post-treatment.

10. Privacy and Data Usage

By claiming a voucher and entering lead form information, you consent to Sarah Gwen PMU contacting you via email, calls, and texts. To cease receiving communications, please contact us at [email protected] or 07445 879225, and we will remove your data from our system.Personal data provided is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
